Diamond Terrifier/Patrick Higgins spring mini-tours

This coming April, Diamond Terrifier and Patrick Higgins are hitting the road for 2 mini-tours, first carving a path across the the Midwest, then looping the mid-Atlantic. Diamond Terrifier will continue to vibrate into existence the ever-growing tendrils of Shrine Flu, while Patrick Higgins will be working out his Bachanalia project of quasi-live-remixed Bach arrangements on classical guitar.

TinyMixTapes recently said Shrine Flu is "already one of [our] favorites of 2012," and the music really shines in the inescapable, stalking presence of its creator, Sam Hillmer. Check out the full schedule below:

"...a 22-minute droned-out sax-and-outmoded-electronics masterpiece."
- Vice's Noisey.com

"Shrine Flu [is] a droning, cavernous, and fairly magnificent work inspired by the fierce black Buddhist deity Vajrabhairava, he of the nine faces, 34 hands, and 16 legs."
- Richard Gehr, The Village Voice

"Shrine Flu finds Hillmer at his most structurally meditative to date, with the solo saxophonist allowing a reflective atmosphere to resonate while channeling one of his trademark skills: not rushing toward climax while enjoying the process of the journey."
- The Esoterrorist
